LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing a ticket and participating in any activities at the MOV Fitness Expo, I acknowledge and agree as follows:
I understand that participation in physical, fitness, or wellness-related activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, overexertion, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless MOV Fitness Expo, its organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while attending or participating in activities at the event.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and that I will participate at my own risk. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to engaging in any physical activity if I have health concerns.
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this liability waiver and assumption of risk.
Refund Policy
TICKET REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales for the MOV Fitness Expo are final except as outlined below.
Refunds will be granted upon request up to seven (7) days prior to the event date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the event organizer before this deadline.
No refunds will be issued within seven (7) days of the event, including for failure to attend, schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, or personal emergencies.
In the event that the MOV Fitness Expo is canceled by the organizers, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original method of payment and may take up to 5–10 business days to process.
